These terms govern the use of the CrownPokies website and mobile app. By registering an account, a player agrees to the conditions set out below, alongside any specific promotional terms attached to an individual bonus offer. Deposits must be made using funds belonging to the account holder. CrownPokies does not accept third-party payments and will reverse any deposit or withdrawal found to involve a payment method not registered to the account holder’s name. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published on individual game information pages. Every reasonable effort is made to maintain accurate game outcomes, account balances and transaction records, and any discrepancy should be reported to support immediately for investigation.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which CrownPokies holds its operating licence. Disputes are handled first through the CrownPokies support team, and where a resolution cannot be reached, through the independent dispute resolution service nominated in the player’s account welcome documentation.
